Photographer Emily DeFour is based out of the Traverse City, Michigan area. Travel outside the Leelanau County/Traverse City area will incur a .40/mile convenience fee. Please contact me with further quesitons.

On the day of the portrait session you will be asked to pay the portrait session fee. This payment must be made before the session begins.

Please make all checks payable to Emily DeFour Photography.

All negatives and previews remain the property of Emily DeFour Photography.

Emily DeFour reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publications, or other purposes.

Photographing any specific moment, or pose is not guaranteed by Emily DeFour and she will not be reponsible for any missed moments. The client may present Emily DeFour with a list of specific photos, but Emily DeFour is unable to guarantee that those suggested photos, will be captured.

There are no refunds for clients not satisfied with the images produced.

Emily DeFour cannot guarantee the quality of images produced at other printing facilities, as all printers are not the same.

All online viewing galleries will expire 2 weeks from their creation date. Please make all print and or CD purchases before expiration. Additional fees will apply for re-opening of photo gallery.

Payment is due in full at time of ordering. Orders typically arrive at your house within one week of purchase.

Each individual photo is edited by hand and you can expect them to be ready for online viewing within one week of the photo session.

All personal photo galleries are password protected.
